NEGRC Pointscore Race 4

Join us for our last Pointscore Race of the season, season closer and fancy dress at Pechey State Forest, Arboretum!

VENUE:

The race site is off the New England Highway, you turn onto Marion Street which turns into Pechey Forestry Road. There are large signs for Lake Perseverance and there is a turning lane if you are coming from Hampton. Exactly 1km from the turnoff the race site is on the right.

TIMES:

Heat 1 – Saturday

Race Check in will be open from 4:00pm to 4:30pm. Please ensure you have completed your entry form online prior to the day.

4:30pm Drivers meeting - All classes 

5:00pm Canicross race start (in daylight)

All other classes 6.00pm race start - Social classes, Bikejor, 1, 2 and 4 dog.

Heat 2 – Sunday

5:30am Drivers Meeting (prompt)

6:00am Race Start

GENERAL NOTES:

Helmets and safety kits are required and will be checked before you start.

It may be wet, please bring your wet weather gear and/or a change of clothes.

Good lights are a must if you are competing in the night heat.

All races will be run under ASSA race rules.

This race counts towards the NEGRC Queensland Pointscore.

CAMPING:

Overnight camping is at the race site. No fires are allowed and portaloos will be provided. Camping if FREE and a free sausage sizzle will be put on for presentation after Heat 2.
