NEGRC Pointscore Race 4

Our 4th race of the season brings us back to our great tracks at Elimbah.

Entries close 5pm Friday, 30 July 2021.

Our race site can be found off Rutters Rd, Elimbah. Take the Pumicestone Road exit off the Highway and head over towards Toorbul/Donnybrook, we will have Sled Dog Racing signs out directing you in to the forest.

TIMES: Heat 1 – Saturday Race Registration will be open from 3:30pm to 4:15pm. Please ensure you have your entry form and appropriate fee ready (if you have not already entered and paid online) 4:15pm Drivers meeting - Canicross and Bikejor 4:30pm Canicross and Bikejor race start (in daylight) 5:30pm Drivers Meeting other open classes

All other open classes 6.00pm race start

Heat 2 – Sunday 5:30am Drivers Meeting (prompt) 6:00am Race Start

GENERAL NOTES: Helmets and safety kits are required and will be checked before you start. It may be wet, please bring your wet weather gear and/or a change of clothes. Good lights are a must if you are competing in the night heat. Please ensure you bring something to keep your dog’s secure, as well as water for them & poo bags. Non-members please bring $5 for day membership to cover insurance purposes. Please also remember your dog’s tick treatments are up to date. All races will be run under ASSA race rules. This race counts towards the NEGRC Queensland Pointscore.

Camping: Caboolture Showgrounds are approx 15-20mins from the race site, which is pet friendly. Alternatively a few members have offered their home / yard as a place to stay / camp. Brad & Nerrida Steven & Amy Contact them directly, otherwise DM the club page and we will put you in contact.

You CAN NOT camp in the forest.
