About The Event
Join us for a training weekend, Our Tracks will be located off Forest Drv Benarkin State Forest. Look out for the Yellow Sled Dog Racing signs and follow the 'SDRQ" Arrows.
Camping is available for free at the Settlers Rest area in Benrakin, toilets showers are available. Alternatively There is paid camping available at Blackbutt Showgrounds (please organise at your own accord).
What to bring: -Warm clothes, gloves, beanie -2L Water per dog + more for yourself -Camping Gear -Food for you and Dog -Sled dog equipment if you have it (if not let us know what you need) -Helmet and protective eyewear -Closed Shoes - Means of securing your dogs (chew proof)
No fires are permitted in the forest, You must take all your rubbish including Dog Poop with you and dogs must be on lead at all times.
